Our Story
Founded by Stuart Flagan and Michael Cabral, the company began as Stateside Precision Group on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, specializing in high-performance home construction. After relocating to Rhode Island in 2011, the team rebranded as Newport Renewables and has since spent more than 15 years building custom homes across the state.
Now headquartered in Wakefield, Rhode Island, we’re trusted by Rhode Island homeowners seeking thoughtfully designed custom homes that cost less to operate, and are built to last.
