Our Story
Founded by Stuart Flagan and Michael Cabral, Newport Renewables began as Stateside Precision Group on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands before relocating to Rhode Island in 2011. With over 15 years of experience in the state, we’ve become a trusted partner for organizations seeking reliable, high-performance commercial and utility-scale solar systems.
We’ve completed projects ranging from solar installations across three Rhode Island State Capitol buildings to rooftop arrays at the Bellecourt of Newport.
